If you have a slow internet connection, you must have encountered youtube video buffering problem that whenever you  toggle full screen, Youtube deletes video buffer and it starts streaming all over again. All Browsers:

Step#1: Goto www.youtube.com and signin with your  username and password.

Step#2: Click on your name(found in top right corner), a drop downlisthttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif should appear

Step3#: Click on settings and than select Playback setuphttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif

Step#4: Choose the option "i have slow connection.Never play higher-quality video".

Step#5: Save it.

Firefox Browsers:

• Open firefox, goto tools, then Add-ons, and Then search "GreaseMonkey"
• Install the GreaseMonkey add-on
• Goto http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/49366, and then click onInstall

Google chrome Browsers:

• Goto http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/49366, and then click onInstall
• Once script is Installed, You will get an additional  button installed on youtube whenever you watch videos,which solves the problem...
