How to Find Free Images for your blog?

free images for blogs

I recently saw a great increase in images' searches. This is because an image is worth thousands words. But when it comes to online business then the same sentence should be changed a little bit and it should be written like this "An original image is worth 500 words". So basically using images in blog posts is a great idea and it increases the chances for getting more and more traffic from everywhere. But using original images (your own) in blog posts is more optimized way to publish images on the internet. Because I've seen now a days people just copy images from Google.com and publish them on their blogs without any prior permission or any changing. So therefore, today I've come up to remove all your confusions about free images and copyright images.

Google has now more advanced system for images' search and Google's algorithm closely filter the images and the meta data inside them, so now copying images from Google and directly publish them on your blog is not a good practice, however, I'll give you some tips to make them useful.

How Google Indexes Images?

Google's spiders actually didn't know about the fact within an image, however, now the system has been improved and Google now can identify images from its meta data and other tags. And meta data is actually the data when the image was either captured or created by someone, so you can't easily change that data, that data means the camera or software name by which the image was created/taken, the dimensions of the image, the keywords within the image, the type of the image and more.

Now if you downloaded the same image from Google.com and uploaded that to your blog then Google won't easily index your image, because it already has that in their index. So what you need is to change the image's data a little bit and make it unique.

Which kind of Images you can use?

Now few questions are here, first of all I would recommend you to only create images by yourself using a photo editor like Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Xara etc, but if you don't know these software and want to use Google images then make sure, you don't publish those images which are either having copyrights or water-marks within the images. After these all, if the image is not having the water-mark then you are welcome to change that image and use for your blog.

How to change Images Data?

Now everything is clear, so you can use free images for your blog. But again, if you downloaded the image and uploaded to your blog as same as it was then that wouldn't be indexed, so you've to change the following things in images:
  • Change the Name of the image
  • Change the ALT tag of the image
  • Change the Title of the image
  • Re-size the image in Photoshop or Paint [Important]
  • You can also change the content of the image
Having done above changes now the image will be unique one and search engine will also index it, because it's data is now different than that image which was downloaded earlier.

Conclusion:
This is just my point of view and according to my experience and logic, I've given this idea to you. Also, first try to create your own images, if you can't then use Google's images but at least change them as I told above, and re-sizing the image is must in order to make the image unique.

Another thing is; that the celebrities' images are free for use such as Cricketers, Footballers, Actresses, actors and so on, but make sure someone has not added the water-marks to the images. Water-marked images can't be used in any case.

The Google Penguin Updates; How It Will Affect Organic Search?

This year, Google has dealt several blows to SEO shysters with its latest updates to its ranking algorithm, including Penguin and Panda 2.0. Penguin specifically targets websites that use unrelated keywords and links from unrelated sites to manipulate rankings. While updates are reportedly still ongoing, the impact made to websites across the Internet has been dramatic, with many owners complaining that they can no longer survive with such low search engine rankings.

So, how exactly do the algorithm updates affect search?

Say goodbye to SEO tricks

Google is trying to punish those webmasters who have been focused more on pleasing the search engines instead of pleasing their human visitors. Over the years, SEO has evolved from tricks such as repeating text over and over again in white fonts to elaborate link-building schemes, which have produced millions of garbage pages all over the net. All of this tomfoolery is coming to light, and the end result is that these millions of pages are going to have to be rewritten or simply deleted if the sites are to have any chance of ranking highly again.

Link farms and other shady ways to build backlinks must also be dismantled, and Google's new Disavowal tool will hopefully make it easier for Webmasters to clean up their links.

A website or blog owner must take care of each and everything around his blog/site. For example, he must some often check the SEO of the website he is managing, he also should check whether his website is working fine in all browsers or not?. And he should take care of the design of the website. He always need to look around the user-experiences and should give respect to the visitors' comments and queries. There are many other aspects he/she must observe when running a successful blog or website because a single mistake or error can destroy the whole story. While the issue I'm going to discuss today is about the website's loading speed. Speed simply means the loading time when visitor is arriving on your site; if a website is loading faster in all browsers including internet explorer then it is always a great feeling for a webmaster. Seo

You mightn't be agree with me, but I finally realized that SEO is not such complicated as bloggers have been explaining it. According to my continue research on SEO for last 2 years and my own testing, I can say that it is just a technique to know the Search Engines' bots algorithms and criteria properly. There aren't anything hidden in this. Search engines like Google itself has stated many times the best practices of SEO on their help pages. One can visit Google's own sites and within 10 minutes can clear his/her concept about SEO.

I researched a lot about SEO since 2010 and wherever I go for reading articles on this topic; I found them confusing people with extra ordinary tips. However, there has been many guys who are genuine Optimizers like Mustafa Ahmedzai and Harsh Agarwal. But all are not like them; even some webmasters are just don't know how to optimize their own blog/site, but giving people tips on SEO. Thereby, I became confused with SEO in entire 2010 year. Now here is a question that What Search Engine Optimization Basically is? well, a great question I've been asked many times. Find a simple answer to this question in my next paragraph.

From my prospective, SEO or Search Engine Optimization is a technique/process that is used to convince the Search Engine's Spiders to index and rank your online content. As Search engines crawlers are just software not human, but to know about them you can read their coding/formulas. Now here I want to let you know about the 21 basic aspects of SEO. So make sure you remember them and use them in the future for explaining SEO to someone.
